Terms of Service
The terms governing your use of this website. Use of the SecNode platform is governed by a separate master services agreement and data processing agreement.

Who we are and what these terms cover
This website is operated by the entity identified in our Imprint (the "operator", "we", "us"). These terms govern your access to and use of this website, including our blog, research publications, and the forms through which you can contact us or request a demo.
These terms do not govern use of the SecNode platform or any of our security services. Those are provided exclusively under a separately concluded master services agreement, order form, and data processing agreement. If anything on this website conflicts with a contract you have concluded with us, that contract prevails.
Acceptance and changes
By accessing this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We may revise these terms from time to time, for example when the site, the law, or our services change. The version published here, together with its "last updated" date, is the version in force. Your continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Permitted use of the website
You may access and view this website for informational purposes, including evaluating our services for your organization. We grant you no rights beyond this limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to browse.
You agree not to: disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the site; access or attempt to access non-public areas or systems; circumvent access controls or rate limits; introduce malware or other harmful code; harvest or scrape content or personal data, whether manually or with automated tools; use site content for training machine-learning or AI models (we expressly reserve rights against text and data mining under Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790); misrepresent your identity or affiliation in forms or communications; or use the site in violation of applicable law.
No unauthorized security testing
We are a security company, and we hold our own perimeter to the standard we hold everyone else's. You may not run penetration tests, vulnerability scans, fuzzing, denial-of-service tests, or any other form of security testing against this website or our infrastructure without our prior written authorization.
If you believe you have found a vulnerability in one of our systems, we genuinely want to hear from you. Please follow the coordinated disclosure process described on our Security & Trust page: report it to us through our contact channels, give us reasonable time to remediate before any publication, and do not access, modify, or exfiltrate data beyond what is strictly necessary to demonstrate the issue.
Intellectual property
The SecNode name, logo, and three-bar mark, and all original content on this site — text, graphics, diagrams, illustrations, page designs, and code — are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and are owned by or licensed to the operator.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for viewing the site as intended and for quotations permitted by law with attribution. No license or other right is granted by implication.
Third-party names and trademarks
This website names third-party companies, products, and platforms — for example, companies to which our team has responsibly disclosed vulnerabilities through their official bug bounty or security programs, and communication and cloud platforms our services integrate with. These names and any associated trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Such references are nominative: they describe factual history or interoperability. They do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those companies.
Submissions and feedback
When you submit information through our contact or demo forms, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. How we handle personal data you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our website or services, you agree that we may use them without restriction or obligation to you, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Please do not send us information you consider confidential outside of a signed non-disclosure agreement.
Informational content only
The content of this website — including our blog, research publications, and descriptions of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, or NIS-2 — is provided for general information. It is not legal, compliance, or security advice, and it does not establish an engagement or advisory relationship. Consult qualified advisors before acting on it.
Product descriptions, metrics, and roadmap statements on this site describe our offering as of publication and may evolve. They are not a binding offer. The features, service levels, and commitments that apply to you are exclusively those set out in your contract with us and its documentation.
Third-party links
This website contains links to external websites operated by third parties. We have no control over their content and accept no responsibility for it; the respective operator is responsible for linked pages. At the time of linking, no legal violations were evident to us. If we become aware of a violation, we will remove the affected link promptly.
Availability
We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, including for maintenance and security reasons.
Warranties and liability
This website and its content are provided free of charge and on an informational basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty as to the completeness, correctness, or currency of the content.
We are liable without limitation for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, in cases of fraudulent concealment of a defect, under mandatory statutory provisions including product liability law, and under any guarantee we have expressly assumed.
For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation — an obligation whose fulfillment makes the proper use of this website possible in the first place and on whose fulfillment you may regularly rely — and in that case only for the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of use. Any further liability for simple negligence is excluded. Where our liability is excluded or limited, this also applies to the personal liability of our employees, representatives, and agents.
Data protection
How we process personal data on this website, including through our contact forms and privacy-respecting analytics, is described in our Privacy Policy. Analytics runs only if you accept it through the consent banner, and you can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator identified in the Imprint has its registered seat, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered seat. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your habitual residence.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to sales@secnode.ai or submitted through our contact page. The operator's full details are set out in the Imprint.
