    Why we built SecNode

    Security tools generate findings. SecNode ships fixes. Built by engineers who spent a decade watching the same failure mode repeat — and decided to fix it.

    // OUR STORY

    Four steps from a recurring problem to a working product.

    ORIGIN01/04

    The pattern we kept seeing

    Our CTO spent a decade in offensive security, testing Fortune 500 environments. The same failure mode kept repeating: teams buy more tools, breaches still happen. Scanners raise alarms; nobody ships fixes. Engineers drown in noise while real vulnerabilities sit open for days.

    MARKET GAP02/04

    Mid-market priced out

    Our co-founder led go-to-market at top security firms. The picture was clear: startups and mid-market companies couldn't afford a €200K tool stack, let alone the €120K/year engineers needed to run it. Enterprise security stayed out of reach for the teams that needed it most.

    SHIFT03/04

    Detection isn't enough

    The industry spent years building better alarms — scanners, detectors, dashboards. What was missing was the layer that acts. Findings without fixes don't reduce risk; they just generate work.

    BUILD04/04

    Agents that ship the fix

    We stopped selling diagnoses and built the cure: six specialised agents coordinated by the Hive Mind. Each agent validates a finding with a working PoC, opens a merge-ready PR, and closes the loop — at the speed of your release cycle.

    // PRINCIPLES

    How we build, ship and support.

    Outcomes over alerts

    We measure ourselves by issues fixed in production — not by findings raised on a dashboard.

    Validated or it doesn't ship

    Every finding ships with a reproducible PoC. No theoretical CVEs, no triage homework.

    Engineering, not consulting

    Built by people who've run security at scale. We write code, not retainer invoices.

    EU-built, EU-resident

    Headquartered in the EU. Customer data stays in the EU. GDPR by default.

    // OUR MISSION

    Give every team an always-on security engineer.

    The reasoning and protection of a Fortune 500 security team — at a price startups can afford. Security that keeps pace with product velocity, not procurement cycles.
